Growth — not just capital.
The thesis is deliberately narrower than "we invest in startups". The preferred business is one where capital combined with commercial execution can materially accelerate growth — and where The Faith has a real operational edge.
We invest where capital, sales capability, distribution, market access and strategic execution can create more value together than capital alone.
What we look for.
Capital is a tool inside the wider model — not the reason to apply.
It unlocks a specific constraint, alongside the sales, distribution and execution work.
Seven ways capital can be deployed.
Reviewed before anything is signed.
Any investment, securities, lending, revenue-share or acquisition structure is documented and reviewed for the laws, licensing rules, tax treatment and regulatory requirements of the relevant jurisdictions before execution.
Pitch decks, financial models and supporting documents are shared under NDA after initial screening. Every submission is scored before a meeting is scheduled.
How strategic investment works.
Short answers to what founders ask most. Anything else, include it in your submission.
Rarely. Capital is usually paired with sales, IT and marketing execution from our operating companies — that combination drives the return.
Businesses with traction and a clear commercial constraint. We are not a pre-idea investor and do not fund turnarounds.
Sized to the opportunity and structured as equity, convertible or revenue-linked instruments. Details are agreed after diligence.
Actively. Expect an operating partner, not a passive shareholder — typically through board involvement and hands-on commercial support.
Bring the opportunity.
Let's explore what we can build together.
Strong product. Weak sales? Proven business. Difficult expansion? If there is a real commercial fit, we can work together through sales partnerships, market expansion, strategic partnerships, distribution or investment.
