Deal models

No universal percentage.

Economics reflect the value contributed, level of exclusivity, margin profile, sales cycle, territory, capital deployed, delivery responsibility and strategic involvement. We use a family of structures and choose the one that aligns incentives best.

Revenue attribution principles

Attributable collected revenue — defined, protected and time-bound.

Attributable collected revenue — never vague top-line "revenue".
Territory, target accounts, segments and products covered are defined up front.
A protected-account or registered-opportunity mechanism for sales The Faith originates.
Refunds, taxes, discounts, chargebacks and pass-through costs are defined.
A reasonable post-termination tail for opportunities materially originated or developed during the engagement.
No lifetime economics unless there is a deliberate strategic reason.
For equity or JV structures: vesting, milestones, dilution, governance and exit treatment in formal agreements.
Commercial principle

Rewarded for measurable value creation. Nothing else.

The partner company should feel that economics are tied to real outcomes, not generic consulting activity. Where equity or a JV is involved, vesting, milestones, dilution, governance and exit treatment are defined in formal agreements and reviewed by qualified advisers before execution.
